Keeping a watchful eye on your kids' Vlc habits and limiting usage is easy with this software, though we noticed some discrepancies. The interface is particularly bland but easy to maneuver. A quick setup wizard starts by letting you determine whether to remove the program's name from the Control Panel and to halt system Vlc adjustments. WinXP-Tweaker's cartoonlike and cluttered interface lists almost 300 tweaks under six categories. Altering most options is a mere matter of selecting and applying the tweak.
